Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Services Consultant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a seasoned finance professional who has a proven track record in executive-level financial management and is eager to provide strategic guidance to our clients.

As a CFO Services Consultant, you will work with clients across various industries, providing them with high-level financial expertise, including but not limited to strategic financial planning, risk management, capital structure optimization, budgeting, and forecasting. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping organizations drive their financial success and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic financial leadership, guidance, and support to clients.
Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
Develop and manage capital structures, including fundraising and investment strategies.
Analyze financial data and market trends to optimize performance and guide decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Identify financial risks and opportunities, advising on mitigation strategies.
Partner with client leadership teams to develop growth strategies and execute financial operations.
Lead financial reporting efforts, including management reports, investor presentations, and audits.
Offer recommendations to improve financial efficiency and business profitability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Proven experience as a CFO, finance executive, or in a senior financial consulting role.
Extensive knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
Strong financial and business acumen, with expertise in financial forecasting and data analysis.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at the executive level.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients with competing priorities.
Experience in various industries is a plus.
